Iron Heart Products - What do you think we should make?

Modal is very cool. Might - or not - be better on a shirt, but either way it's a cool idea.
I have some awesome Jersey knit sheets that are 100 percent Modal and I love them. Also those Mack Weldon underwear are modal and they are so soft. Back in the 90s I had a pair of Levi's type 1 jeans that were made with a Tencel weft that were virtually indestructible. So this was my reasoning for suggesting modal. It is a synthetic fiber that's not made of plastic and is more durable and softer than cotton.

I also like the modal/Tencel idea.

This is a very interesting idea. I know nothing about modal, does it shrink? If not, or if it shrinks differently than cotton, that could cause issues. But if it would work, and it added to the durability of thedenim, I’d be down.

Howsabout some brown duck wabash? I've never seen such a thing, but I do believe it'd be mighty cool.

A nice ombre UHF in black/green, thinking darkest green similar to Jaguar E type British Racing Green.
I would be in, as well in a solid colour dark (!) green / moss.

There was a bit of brown and green wabash doing the rounds a few years ago from other brands. Buzz Rickson had a vest and Stevenson Overall did some shirts I think. Personally I like it a lot and would go for some from IH for sure.
Couple of things that may mean it probably won’t happen: In my mind it falls slightly outside the aesthetic for IH which I tend to think of as relatively conservative. Secondly, economies of scale being what they are I suspect it would represent a large economic risk in a a pretty tight niche of a pretty small industry.
Never say never though, and I’d love to be proved wrong.

Not sure about the brown piece, but the notion of experimenting with discharge dotting other fabrics is interesting. Duck and chambray come to mind. A weirder notion would be to dot due something with a fugitive pigment.

That's unusually gorgeous, and I'd be all over those!!!
It's what I tried to achieve with my kakishibuXwhite wabash 814's
Side note: I need to wear and wash those

The left is black/black 14oz, the right is indigo/black 14oz…
All regular cuts, 555, 634, 666, 777 and 888 are being released in both denims.
Available sometime last quarter this year....
Any plans to make jackets (type iii) out of this denim? Either option would be killer.

@sabergirl Had to take a picture of this shirt for you. It’s a hybrid work/western shirt with a banded collar snaps, but workshirt pockets, with a western yoke in the back. I’ve had it over 20 years(also in denim). It was made by a company called Schaefer Outfitters and they only made it for one season. Not sure this fits the IH esthetic. It’s a size large. If you like it I’d be happy to send it to you as I no longer wear it.

Different color wabash or even hickory stripe would be nice, haven't seen too much brown or green.
Oh man a white with green hickory stripe workshirt would be an instacop for me. And then I would certainly see it in the outlet later on.
This reminds me to request another run of mock-twist chambray in green. Bring back the jalapeno and salt!
