Fine Creek Leathers Top Field Horsehide Jacket
The Top Field is Fine Creek Leathers’ interpretation of the classic “Half Belt” jacket. It’s made from 1.3mm-thick horsehide - a strong and supple leather with impressive depths of colour. Thanks to FCL’s custom teacore tannage, the jacket starts out a dusty matte black but will reveal the subtle brown tones of the leather's natural pigment as it breaks in.

Iron Heart Superblack 21oz Denim
Iron Heart’s “Superblack fades to grey denim” is here in the brand’s super slim 555 and classic slim 666 fits. This 21oz “SBG” selvedge has a black sulphur dyed warp and a black reactive dyed weft. The former will fade, the latter will stay put, resulting in some pronounced, grayscale contrast. No other black denim ages quite like this.

Pure Blue Japan Extra Slub Stretch Denim
We now have Pure Blue Japan’s Extra Slub Stretch Denim in Black as well as Indigo. It’s rare to find a stretch denim that doesn’t compromise on the natural beauty and texture of selvedge denim, but PBJ have nailed it here. The 1167 fit is a slightly slimmer take on the brand’s Relaxed Tapered style: a mid-rise, a little room in the thigh, and a tapered finish from knee to hem.

Studio D’Artisan Kyoto Black Collection
Joining last month’s “100 Pig” Aloha Shirt, we now add Studio D’Artisan’s Relaxed Tapered Jeans, Type II Jacket, and Western Shirt to our “Kurozome” collection.
This collection calls on the expertise of Japan’s Kyoto Montsuki. Based in Mubi, Kyoto Montsuki is a century-old dye house known for its time-honoured dyeing techniques. The garments have a base dye of indigo and are then hand dip dyed, time and time again, in natural dyes for a true black finish. This black will stay dominant whilst the indigo fades to give the over-dyed denim unique shades and depth.
The Relaxed Tapered Jeans and Type II Trucker Jacket use SDA’s proprietary 14oz denim - woven on G3 Toyoda looms. Both are impressively textured and come one-washed to remove any shrinkage. The Western Shirt is cut from an midweight 8oz denim and features contrasting Belnap snap buttons and chainstitch constructional stitching.

Sashiko Work Shirt Indigo
Studio D’Artisan’s Sashiko Work Shirt uses a chunky and voluminous “sashi-ori” fabric that’s been garment-dyed indigo. The fabric is heavily textured and creates some lovely variance of indigo when dyed. Expect shades of blue throughout and wonderfully tactile hand. Finished with a set of natural corozo nut buttons.

The SD-108 from Studio D’Artisan, now restocked in their one-washed form to remove shrinkage and make sizing easy.
This is a great option for those with wider thighs who want more room up top. It’s a relaxed tapered style with a higher rise and a more generous top block - providing a slim and flattering fit with more comfort.
Dralon Long Socks
Studio D’Artisan’s socks come in a super soft and moisture-wicking Dralon fabric. They work a treat in sneakers and boots alike and provide all-day comfort. Finished with SDA’s signature pig embroidery. Take your pick between blue, black, and grey.

New Moonstar Styles
Four new styles from Japan’s Moonstar: the High Basketball Trainer in Charcoal, the All-Weather RF Shoe in Black, and the Gym Classic Shoe in both Olive and Black Mono
All of Moonstar’s sneakers are cut, sewn, and assembled by hand before being kiln fired at 120 °C as part of a “ka-ryu” vulcanisation process. This creates impressively durable footwear with ample comfort and flexibility.

Iron Heart 14oz Modified Indigo/Black Type III and 11oz Heavyweight Tees
Iron Heart’s Modified Type III gets the indigo/black treatment. An indigo warp and a black weft combine to create a unique middle between blue and black denim. This 14oz selvedge is known for its higher-contrast fading as both warp and weft give up their dyes in different ways.

Team Jacket
Dehen’s Team Jacket is a beautiful new addition to their line-up. It’s made of a midweight, 11-wale corduroy from the UK’s Brisbane Moss. The jacket has a soft hand and a more relaxed drape than Dehen’s Melton wool offerings, giving it a touch of relaxed elegance. Finished with a satin lining, solid 2x2 knit trimmings, and brass snap closures.
Crissman Overshirt
The latest Crissman Overshirt comes in a lovely Pine colourway. This is a versatile and layerable CPO-style shirt with handwarmer pockets and snap closures. The 22oz Melton wool from which the shirt is cut keeps the heat in and the wind out.

Viberg’s Service Boot is now available in Thyme Janus Calf Suede - a rich brown leather with grey and olive undertones. The Janus tannage is a supple and water resistant full-grain French calfskin from the UK’s C.F. Stead Tannery. This Service Boot is built around the 2030 last: an E width with an almond toe box. The addition of a natural, Lactae Hevea Sole adds a touch of cushioned comfort to the boot. A Stitchdown construction makes them fully resoleable.

UES Purple Heavy Selvedge Flannel & Puca Purcara Sweatshirts
The first of this year’s UES Heavy Selvedge Flannels comes in a beautiful Purple Check. UES’ flannels have garnered a well-deserved reputation for their exceptional fit and fabric. They’re more open in the chest and body whilst retaining a more tailored silhouette. The 14.5oz selvedge flannel is brushed inside and out for a cosy and heat-retaining finish.

Iron Heart 16oz Selvedge Denim CPO Shirt - Superblack (Fades To Grey)
Iron Heart’s CPO/Western mashup, complete with front and rear yokes, copper snaps and slash pockets. This one calls on Iron Heart’s "Superblack, fades to grey” denim - a 16oz selvedge with a black sulphur-dyed warp and a black reactive-dyed weft. The denim will start to show some lovely grayscale fades fairly quickly, especially around those high-wear areas and stress points.

The Flat Head Horsehide Café Racer
The Flat Head’s Café Racer is a minimal jacket made from a tough and lustrous Shinki horsehide. The leather undergoes a six-month-long tanning process to achieve its impressive shine and rich black hue. Both the lustre of the hide and the intense depths of the black pigments will soften and fade as the jacket breaks in, only growing more beautiful with wear.
The Horsehide Café Racer sports a slim fit and a clean, single rider aesthetic - no handwarmer or interior pockets here. Finished with The Flat Head’s signature red rayon lining and solid nickel hardware.
The Flat Head Block Check Work Flannels - Grey/Black, Red/Charcoal
The Block Check Work Shirt Flannel makes its AW23 return in a new Grey/Black combo. We’ve also restocked last year’s Red/Charcoal colourway.
These are beautifully made flannels with a thick and tactile herringbone weave. The selvedge fabric’s texture will only grow more pronounced as the years go by. A double brushed interior makes for a plush finish with plenty of warmth and comfort.

Iron Heart’s 14oz Indigo trucker has been given a black sulphur over-dye treatment to create a beautiful, midnight blue cast. Even the buttons, stitching, and “W” logo are coated in black dye. As the jacket wears in and the black wears away, they’ll start to reveal themselves anew. Expect unique wear on this as both black and indigo fade at different rates.

Fine Creek Leathers - Alonzo & Eric Jacket Restocks
This week sees the return of both the Alonzo and Eric Jackets from Fine Creek Leathers. Two single rider’s jackets that feature custom, veg-tanned and aniline-dyed horsehides and use traditional, multi-tension constructional stitching throughout.
The special tannage and expert stitching combine to create exceptional jackets that start to acquire some real character from the very first wear. Not only do the leather panels begin to pucker and crease in their own individual ways, but the hide itself starts to evolve. The outer blacks of the tannage will mellow out and, with time, give way to a range of tobacco and caramels tones. With the recent restock of the Leon Custom Double Rider’s jacket, we have a very strong lineup of FCL jackets right now.

Samurai 25th-Anniversary Type II AI-Shogun, Natural Indigo Selvedge
A very special and extremely limited 25th-Anniversary Type II from Samurai. This cropped and boxy jacket is made from a 17oz slow-woven selvedge denim. Both warp and weft are left in natural indigo dyes for varying lengths of time before being woven. This creates an impressive array of “asagi” blue hues that complements the denim’s pronounced, wave-like weave beautifully. Finished with custom hardware, contrast stitching, and Samurai’s signature silver lamé stitching. These are already moving fast and limited in numbers.
S710SC-KI 18oz Jeans Japanese Cotton, Ecru
The S710SC-KI is slim straight jean made from Samurai’s hand planted, tended, and harvested organic cotton. It’s a heavyweight, homegrown-and-woven fabric with a naturally off-white “kinari” colour. Topped off with custom hardware and a brown selvedge ID. Expect a slim straight fit with a mid-rise and just a slight taper as you hit the leg opening.
We’ve also restocked the ‘Kiwami’ 19oz indigo version of this same fit alongside Samurai’s 21oz “Cho-Kiwami” relaxed tapered jeans. Both call on beefy but comfortable selvedge denims that will conform to the contours of the wearer’s body as they break in.

Iron Heart’s IHSH-370 Ultra Heavy Western Flannel comes in an original blue tartan check. These flannels are woven from a heavy-duty and windproof 12oz Aspero cotton - a rare breed of cotton hand-picked from the foothills of the Andes mountains.
The shirts are double brushed on the inside and single brushed on the outside to give them a plush and luxurious softness that offsets their hefty and substantial hand. Cut to Iron Heart’s tailored Western style and finished with black Permex snap buttons.

Viberg Service Boots
Chromexcel Collection, 2030 LastWe’ve restocked a trio of Viberg Service Boots in Horween’s impeccable Chromexcel tannage. These are built around the brand’s slick but utilitarian 2030 last and call on Stitchdown construction for excellent weather protection.
The Stitchdown method of bootmaking sees the leather upper turned outward before being stitched to the midsole. This allows water and mud to roll off the boot rather than work its way into the construction. Pair this with a tough but supple Chromexcel leather, and you have a boot that’s purpose built for the harsher weather ahead. Now restocked in Brown, Natural, and Black. We also have most sizes in the Colour 8 Chromexcel.

16oz, Double Slub Selvedge, Slim TaperedCalling on hand-selected cotton yarns and expert loom calibration, Pure Blue Japan’s new "Double Slub" series presents some of their most beautifully textured denim to date. It’s a 16oz selvedge fabric with an almost three-dimensional waffle effect to it. Beautiful from the get-go, but it really comes to life after that first soak. We were on hand to see this denim being woven for ourselves on a trip to the factory in Okayama, and we can’t wait to see how it ages. Here is PBJ’s Slim Tapered 013 fit.
