Nice fit, Mr. Dead!

great shit mickey! @madmonday must be your most worn pair iirc!?
-
yeap @Finn666 most worn pair of anything ever . . . well except my glasses & my belt. thanks for the kind words both of yous.
now just to figure out what i'm going to wear next full time as i can't wear these to work anymore. i find i may like a jeans fit but i'm so spoiled with IH back pockets that it ruins a lot of fits that would be otherwise be very good. maybe i'll start a thread for which jean fits me the best & rock out that way . . .

Had to do some home made alterations on them.
Basically, they click when I walk which is VERY annoying. I can only assume this is due to the roomier top block than what I'm used to.
I turned them inside out, and right where the front and back rise meet, I made a little fold and stitched it with some thread which tightened up the whole top block while also reducing the rubbing and 'clicking'.
I can't see the thread lasting long but they are now wearable!
Anyone else experienced the clicking/rubbing of the crotch area?
-
Wear them more they will soon stop "clicking". Don't think stitching a fold will be a good idea

Well…. it seems like a good idea. No more clicking and I can wear them now without sounding like I'm breaking cardboard with every step.
Plus, for me, the rise is tighter so I don't need to wear them halfway up my back anymore.

… couldn't explain it any other way...

That sound will go but up to you i guess. Did you size true? Or one up?

Sized up. I had to to accommodate my thigh size. I've probably got a good 1.5" spare in the waist.
