I was not sure with sizing, I only have an IHSH-48 (smokey work shirt) in L and they should fit like a normal M, so I ordered an IHSH-72 in M for "snug" fit, don´t wanna layer or something. I am sure it will fit!

imo if you're looking for a snug fit, going with your normal IH size would be the right move..

Ok, if G can't get it for you, you can also try proxying from Japan directly.  This store appears to have the green XL in stock:  http://store.shopping.yahoo.co.jp/craft-ac/ihsh72g.html  They don't deal with international buyers, need to use a proxy service from Japan if you are interested.
