Watches - another OCD problem

At the other end of the spectrum to the Fossil that @jock1624 is wearing…
F.P. Journe Chronomètre Bleu. This has a tantalum case, which is very unusual. But if you're getting one then go for the limited edition, boutique only Byblos.
Vacheron Constantin 1972. Probably the coolest dress watch you can buy!

Quite an education in watches , just by browsing through this thread .

Something else for you to look at in that case, the Fiona Krüger skull watch.

Hope springs eternal. One sale means a massive payout too I'm sure. Like selling a house in some cases. "Sure, try it on!"

A few years ago during a trip to Las Vegas, I was killing time while Julie was shopping. I wandered into a lovely watch boutique and the bored sales guy came over. I asked a question, and sensing a fellow watch nerd, (and because I was the only person in the shop) he proceeded to open up all the cases and geek out with me over all the watches. Of everything in the store, he most loved F.P. Journe, and particularly that watch.
I think he was just happy to have a chance to talk with someone who genuinely appreciated watches, even though there no chance of a sale.

Can anyone recommend me a good place to purchase leather watch straps, NATO preferred but standard may be fine as well. Haven't been able to find anything that doesn't look cheap as hell
Check out Wood and Faulk. He offers chromexcel and cardovan versions:

Tender do a couple of styles in vegetable tanned leather, which age very nicely. But they only come in an 18mm width.
I need to post some updated shots of my watch to show the evo on its strap after a few months wear.
Equus Leather do some fantastic looking ones, but they're not cheap. The Bakers straps are the same vegetable tanned leather that Tender use. I haven't seen their straps, but my Dad's got one of their belts, and it's lovely.

And Leffot have a range of Horween cordovan straps in NATO and Bund styles. I've not seen these in the flesh.

That is going to be tough. 24mm is wide, especially for a nato. You may have to commission a custom strap, but the problem is going to be finding the right size hardware.

Daluca Straps do a bunch of leather NATOs in 24mm.
And the Leffot Cordovan NATO straps come in 24mm in a few of the colours.

Finding a 19mm strap is trickier…

Very nice Anesthetist. Haven't seen your Tudor Black Bay in a while - how's that working out for you? I'll be picking up my own Black Bay next month but 90% sure it'll be the ''Blue Bay'', as that one has really grown on me and I think I'll get more mileage from it as a daily watch.
