IH-816 - 17oz Duck Work Pants
-
AH great pics Eli. Mine will hopefully show up tomorrow!
-
thanks lad. now how would you compare the fit/cut in the top block and thigh area?…
816: as the cut is roomier, thighs nor waist have to stretch at all… But definitely not a loose or "baggy" fit... Slightly slimmer silhouette than the 801s... Bit of taper... I dunno guys, but if ya want a pair of ducks to work in, this is the one you're looking for...

thanks for the pics seul! they look famtastic! mine is supposed to arrive today. but there's some delays. keeping my fingers crossed. wanted to cuff like yours but i hemmed it to 32" instead. hope its long enough.

thanks for the images, great fit on you seul.

wow these look great! they kinda fit like the 666-D … no?
-
The 666Ds easily stretched about an inch… Same fabric, so yeah: they will if the need be... Mine fitted much better from the getgo than the 666Ds though... Sz. 33 for 666D, sz. 32 for 816.
Cool, thanks! I hate to use belts and pants that need one are left to be unworn…

These look so good

i really dig them, first pair of pants ive worn thats not jeans in 8+ years. feels weird to not have the pockets where i'm used to, and being a person who puts their wallet in the left rear pocket makes me want to get a different wallet to wear with these (not the IH-MW) but we'll see when i can justify a new wallet to wear with one pair of pants. ha.
i'd say pick em up if you want, they're rad!
i'm headed to miami to work art basel on weds and am so looking forward to using these down in the warmer weather. although they're 17oz it feels so light compared to 17oz denim, it breathes much better too i think. they're damn light and super comfortable! they look damn good with a pair of white chucks at that!
i want to pick up the navy pair, and may just have to do so!
