just got in the 007's.. They are unwearable. The damn rise is so low that it splits my jewels. sorry, but fit pics will NOT be posted. They have been returned..
Had the same problem….
007 are a great model. They fit like Buster raw, IMHO.

I own PBJ007 size 29 and Buster Raw size 28.
PBJ 007 are 14oz and very slubby (maybe too much!), and stretch a lot. After some months of worn, I can say that 007s have a little more relaxed fit.
Busters have a better cut (for my taste), because they are slimmer, but consider that I sized dawn 1 with them.
Front rise is almost the same for both .
The concept of both models is identical: a cut that stand halfway from straight to slim. The nature of denim makes the difference:
PBJ-007: incredible evolution. Every day you have something new. They stretch and fade again and again
IH-BB raw: if you love heavy weight denim, 18 oz raw is the best choice for a slim fitted pair of jeans.Don't worry, Busters Raw are killer jeans, you'll not regret.
You'll love them! -
My experience with the 007-24oz: I got a size 36, whereas my IH are in the 32-34 range. In other PBJ models, I've sized up a couple of sizes: my 34 PBJ (02) is tight like my 33 IH 23oz.
I hope it all makes sense -
georgeel, quick question!
Did you go TTS with a size 29 for your PBJ's? I've been wanting to get the 007 in the 24 oz deep indigo for a while but I don't know if I should go TTS or size up especially because they are raw.
I went TTS, absolutely, but not in the 24 oz. I'd got the regulars…

I'm a 31 waist and my bbs with a 8.6 knee are right on the border of way too tight and you look like you got a ton more muscle mass than me. The proportions probably change in the larger sizes though. the purple weft and indiglo weft pbjs are so gorgeous!
the 005. it's not far off from the IH-666 but it's straight down from the knee which I like

A mate of mine has pointed me to the PBJ 009… Straight leg, tapered down the knee, 14 oz in that beautiful deep indigo... And there's a one wash model...
Oh Lord...
Is it safe to say that one can downsize 1 with these models?.. (Even the one wash?)...
If you can stand doing some stretching then yes. pbj's stretch a lot in the waist

I wear a size 31 in the 634S'es, and those are 7 oz. heavier… I've emailed Gordon already... Cause my first question of course is "Will there be a heavier version of this coming out"... This looks like the perfect jeans for me, going by measurements (and looks, duh), but 14 oz. is too lightweight for me... I mean, I sléép in 14 oz. jeans ya know... :-\

nice purchase. I don't own any PBJ but it's always nice to have bigger range of different fits and denim and brands/philosophy

If IH had a jeans with these exact specs, I would never 've gone with a different brand… It's still my opinion that IH makes the best jeans... But I will of course always love Atelier LaDurance, Samurai and The Flat Head... And hopefully PBJ!..
Kinda the same way I feel. I have two pairs of PBJs and a friend of mine has another two pairs. The 007/009 denim is pretty unique. The chunks of slub are neat. The weave is so loose that they're almost like pajamas for anyone used to IH. But the 21oz and construction of IH still beat the shit out of everything else.
