As the IH plain T's ain't gonna work for me size wise & I was too slow to order them anyway does anyone have any experience of these, Joe McCoy's, as an alternative to Velva Sheen. I like the look of the cut of the neck.

I know Superdenim have had a bit of bad press on here reference their customer service but I could give 'em a go. -
@Geo:
yup - mccoys T's are the real deal . . . not quite IH but pretty good
Cheers Geo, just gotta find out how long they are now.

Browsing through the forum I found this thread and ordered two Sunspel LS plain henleys.
Really thin, i.e. not for the German winter, will continue looking… Finish is great though.
My only concern is: I went for these because of the said quality and the made in England. They also advertise on their homepage about that. What a deception upon reception seeing that one was made in England ok, and the other... made in Turkey!!
I guess a communication employee at Sunspel would tell me that they do not say on their webpage it is exclusively made in England. Effing sh..! Can just trust them as far as you can throw their shirts, i.e. because of the light weight: not far! -
I'd give another vote for Joe McCoy's Ts, in particular the Champion collaboration. I bought 3 of them over a year ago, they keep their shape well and get softer the more you wash them. Ordered through Superdenim by the way, always had good service from them.
Haven't bought any IH Ts yet so i'd be keen to compare these.

Does anyone have any Goodwear T-Shirts? I think I might order some. Just not sure about getting L or XL.

I actually just ordered a few today. Their customer service sorted out my sizing concerns real quick, so you should just shoot them an email if you're unsure of which size to pick up.
On a related note, anyone have any experience with any Barns Outfitters loop wheeled stuff?

Did you get your Goodwear shirts? I ordered four grab bags and I think I made out quit well. I got size Large thankfully. They run pretty big. After a wash they shrank about 8% and fit great now.

Just got mine on Friday. Took a while to for them to get shipped because one of the shirts I wanted was back ordered.
I picked up a few pocket T's, a short sleeved henley, and a grab bag in size medium. Overall I'm very happy with shirts. They fit awesome and the quality seems top notch.
The grab bag did give me a bit of a laugh though. One of the shirts was border strip v-neck made out of a slightly see through fabric, and it was almost long enough to be a dress haha.

Yeah I got a few college shirts haha. Quality is top notch.

I could not find a specific Sunspel thread, so thought I'd post here despite it being an old thread.
I ordered a Sunspel t-shirt last year for £40 ($60). I agree with Hipporaven's comment above about them being "really thin" - the cloth is even too fine for an English summer in my opinion. The white one I bought is practically see-through.
On the plus side, it was made in England and has kept its shape well after many washes. If you want very thin but high quality material, you will probably like them.

McCoy's made in usa 2 pack tees are really great, exactly what i expect for a classic look or use as an undershirt. Fits snug but comfortable, shapes nicely to the body.
I laid my hands on one of the RMC x Champion heavyweight tees in the classic 30's style, will report on that when it arrives
