INTRODUCING OUR NEW WEBSITE, DARN-IT! VIDEO, AND SALE
To celebrate the launch of our new website and Darn-It! video we're having a sale across all four Self Edge stores and in our online store this weekend, read a few paragraphs down for sale info.
We're proud to announce that we've launched an entirely new website. Our old site served us well over the last eight years but was long overdue for an upgrade. With our new site we've added quite a bit of functionality. We've also built a mobile version of the site that will automatically load the appropriate version depending on your mobile device. One feature we're especially proud of is something we've yet to see in any other online store, our Jean Finder. With this feature you input the measurements of your favorite pair of jeans and our site will show which jean model is closest in overall fit to the jean you currently own out of the 90 different models of jeans in our online store. Our new site was designed by Mark Montgomery, who has been our Art Director for the past four years. Mark's attention to detail shows through our new site, with every aspect of the shopping experience taken into account with more efficient browsing, clearer size charts, higher-res photographs, and an overall better experience.
Along with our new site we've finished the Darn-It! video which highlights our jean repair and hemming services which are available at all four of our stores. This video was directed by our video director, Kellen Dengler, and includes an original J-Zone track produced exclusively for our video. Star of Hollywood comes with a capsule collection designed by Vince Ray, Sun Surf gets in an island state of mind with some of the best shirts we've seen yet from the brand, and Sugar Cane light brings warm weather versions of Sugar Cane's most popular patterns. You will love that SEXI14bk jean, it's very similar to the jean you just got in indigo in fit, but it shrinks a hair less.
301s restock in every size except 32 is coming on Saturday. But i believe you may be a 31 in the 301s if you can fit into 32 in the SEXImperial collabs. -
Kiya, when are the new SExGlobe Specs hitting the website?
They're showing up at SEPDX and SENY in a week or less and at SESF, SELA, and the online store within a week from then. Should be soon! I've been foaming at the mouth for these since i tried on the final samples, i'm doing something very unreasonable and getting all three colors.

These won't pass the $350 mark. We wanted them to sell for a bit less than the normal Globe Specs line so we're taking a bit of a hit on the margins due to how many we had to produce.

IRON HEART'S ULTRA HEAVY JEANS & BUZZ RICKSON'S SLUB COTTON LOGO TEE
Iron Heart have just released two jeans out an unsanforized 21oz selvedge denim. These start out super rigid and with some wear will setttle in with defined creasing due to the weight and rigidness of the denim, sure to create some intense fading over time. This denim is available now in both the 634 straight leg fit and the 666 slim tapered fit. These jeans (as far as we know) will not be restocked and are limited to this run.
We've also received a Buzz Rickson logo t-shirt on a custom Buzz Rickson produced t-shirt body. Slubby, undyed, and untreated cotton has been used to produce this fabric to give it an off-white shade with tiny specks of cotton fibers still visible.

Flat Head & Real Japan Blues Summer Collection and Horsehide Jackets
We've just received a set of Flat Head and Real Japan Blues short sleeved shirts and t-shirts perfect for the warmer months. Along with these new shirts we've also had a run of brown Shinki horsehide jackets made for Self Edge, these things fit like a dream and the leather is what you would expect from Flat Head. Check the product page for the leather jacket for a full rundown of all hardwear and leather specifications.
We've also received a full restock of jeans, wallet chains, silver rings, belts in both tan and black, and blank heavyweight t-shirts in various colors.
