Sugar Cane's Unsanforized Type II Denim Jacket
We've always loved Sugar Cane's version of the classic 1950's style Type II denim jacket. They've gotten the denim feel right, the stitching is perfect, the iron buttons are classicly reproduced, and deer skin patch ages just as well as the denim itself. Normally this jacket is available only in a one-wash version. If you want an unsanforized denim jacket to age well over time we recommend buying a raw non-wash version. The industrial washing and drying softens the denim to the point where aging over time will be less defined (this is even more true on a denim jacket where wear is harder to come by), therefore we recommend doing the water soak of the jacket at home. Sugar Cane has made a batch of these jackets exclusively for Self Edge in a non-wash raw version. We've also dropped the price nearly in half since the last time we stocked this jacket years ago.
Along with the Type II jacket we've received a full restock of all Sugar Cane jean models, cowhide leather belts, and Whitesville tees (tees are in-store only).

John Lofgren Natural Chromexcel Engineer Boots
John Lofgren has taken his wildly popular black engineer boot and done it up in a natural Horween Chromexcel leather. These things are going to look unreal once they're beat up looking. The leather shade combined with his perfect engineer details and shape create a truly unique and beautiful boot.
These are made in small numbers and we're not sure when or if restocks of this boot will take place.

Roy Cotton Duck "Foreman" Pants
Roy is back with a pair of selvedge cotton duck Foreman pants . New fit, new details, new everything on this one. The fabric is a 10.5oz sanforized black-line selvedge fiber-dyed cotton duck woven in North Carolina. The pocket bags are amazing, we haven't seen this fabric used before. They're made of a dobby loom woven cotton made by Cone Mills. The branding is on the inside of these pants printed on a Pima cotton tag. The fit is designed in such a way where it can be worn sized up or down depending on how you want the pant to fit without it looking too slim or sloppy.
This Roy pant will be released at noon (local time) on Saturday September 19th at all four Self Edge stores. It will also be released at 9am (PDT) on the same day via our online store.

Sugar Cane Type III Black Denim Slim Jeans
This is Sugar Cane's newest denim, developed in-house over the past year and seeing it's first use as a slim cut jean. They've used two different black yarns to create this fabric. The warp (top) is made of a sulfur dyed yarn and the weft (underside) is made of a reactive pigment dyed yarn. This means the warp will fade over time from black to gray to white after many wears yet the weft will stay black and only fade to a medium gray very slowly. Two different black yarns, one denim, living on the edge.
These are sure to age in an interesting manner over time, especially considering it's a black jean that started out unsanforized which is a rarity.
These new jeans along with a full restock of all Lone Wolf boots, leather belts, and jeans are available now at all Self Edge stores.

Strike Gold "Deep Indigo" Limited Jeans & Loopwheeled T-Shirts
Strike Gold had been working on a new 17oz denim that would create a particular indigo shade they had in mind. The mill produced a small run of the fabric for them which they were satisfied with, then shortly after when the production run started Strike Gold put a stop to the run because the shade didn't match the initial sample run. The mill stated they could not match that exact shade again unless they added pigment dye to the indigo bath. Strike Gold refused to do this as they wanted to stay with a 100% pure indigo dyed jean. These people are extremely particular about their denim. They decided against making a jean that wasn't exactly as they envisioned, so instead they produced only 175 pairs, which is all the initial denim run could be made into. The jean is cut into Strike Gold's slim tapered XXX9 fit and is availble only at Self Edge and at Strike Gold's own shop in Okayama, also, each jean comes with a Strike Gold tote bag.
Along with the new jean we've had Strike Gold make us a new run of their very popular blank loopwheeled tees, these are the ultimate loopwheeled t-shirt. The feel, fabric weight, stitching, and fit are top notch. They've also managed to make them up to XX-Large by putting a side seam on the largest size.
The jeans, tees, and a full restock of most Strike Gold jean models are available now at all Self Edge stores.

@kiya what will you be stocking from the Stevenson F/W lineup?
We'll have the new Calistoga jeans, a couple of Cody shirts, the Revolver in black, indigo henley, some loop wheeled natural colored sweaters, loop wheeled henley, loop wheeled t-shirts, and a few other things i'm not remembering at the moment.
-
I'm interested in the Calistoga jeans, the back pockets and belt loops look sweet.
That's just based on what I've seen on Stevenson's website.
They do describe it as a lower rise which wouldn't likely work but I'll wait until then.
Also you should carry that drug rug looking pullover hoodie Kiya! -
Mister Freedom HBT Denim Appaloosa
One of the coolest denim shirts we've stocked was Mister Freedom's original Appaloosa shirt from 2013. This season we see an updated version made of an 8oz dark pinstripe herringbone twill 2x1 denim. The HBT pattern is more apparent on the inside of the fabric while on the outside the pinstripes are very subtle. The fabric starts with a black/gray shade when brand new and will naturally fade to a indigo blue with regular wear and washing.
The new Mister Freedom shirt along with a full restock of all of MF's blank t-shirts are available now at all Self Edge stores.
