Looking good man. The black lining on this version makes it looks so good compared to the new version. The brown lining on the new black version makes it look cheap somehow.

I thought exactly the same urb. Was expecting to prefer the 09 but now I actually think the black on black is a classier looking smother.

Always warm with the IHM-04! Throw in a 107 and an UHR and the dreaded NYC frost becomes distant memory

Such a great jacket. Massively long sleeves aside; this is warm  as fudge. Definitely looking to grab the xl in an olive one day!

Wore mine for the first time in daylight this season, noticed actual combs and got excited haha!

First real wear of mine…it's super warm with just a Tee benath, even with a harsh wind. Just the throat latch is too narrow, I will try to replace the button now, so I don't choke.

Looks great! Hard to tell if the arms are too long from these pics but everything else looks spot on.

Thanks. The arms are funny, cause the outer sleeve is between perfect and a bit too long, but the storm cuff sits wide inside the arm and makes them feel short. The only thing I dislike - even with the button replaced I find the throat latch pretty restricting when closed. I don't think this will work for me.

Looks good–IMO deck jackets look better without the throat latched, but I suppose if you like the look or the function it's something that needs to be addressed.

I can't button my throat latch when layering with a heavy flannel underneath, the collar makes it too bulky. Sweats and t-shirts are fine. I also can't reach small items in the interior pocket haha, so damn small That being said, definitely one of my favourite IH pieces.
