Anyone here experienced these knits? Seriously hardcore knitwear…More like chainmail. Got a crewneck today and it weighs 1.5kg! Despite the weight it's itch-free and beautifully cut.

I have the navy zip neck and it is outstanding quality, mines more like 2kg! It doesn't get much wear, if anyone wants it PM me! size medium I think

It really is Giles. They claim it to be the best in the world and you really would have a hard time finding better I think. I wanted one classy knit for the winter months and this is it.

The roll neck looks very nice, and going by the size guide they seem to fit pretty big, i.e. a Medium looks like it would work for me, whereas I'm generally an XL in IH shirts and jackets.

Not sure about that mate. I'm an L in all IH shirts and i've got an M here which is pretty fitted. May keep it but have an L on the way just to be sure I didn't make a mistake. The measurements for the M shown on the Unionmade side seem more accurate than the ones on Oi Polloi.

I did consider Andersen-Andersen, it looks seriously heavy-duty. I decided to get a custom handknit instead.

I think so.  The L is good on me…...Wore it to the beach yesterday - amazingly warm under a Patagucci Torrent Shell

Hey mate, I take an L in IH shirts and the Medium in this fits perfectly. You won't find a better knit anywhere.

Unionmade are the only ones I know stateside. Volks in Europe. There's a list of stockists on the Anderson site. Now one of these would keep you warm(er) this winter mate
