IHSH-08ss - Super-Black - Super-Stealth, 16oz Western Shirt
-
It was the last run ever made with the 16oz real black denim, but apparently a replacement shirt is in the works.
It is with great regret that I have to announce the imminent demise of this shirt in its various forms. There is no 16oz Super Black material left, so no more runs are to be made.
There are a few of the Super Stealth version left here:

RIP.
We are working on a similar weight denim at the moment, spefifically for the replacement shirt. It is likely to be an sbg (Super Black fading to Grey)…

Reading through this and the original 08 thread, it seems a lot of folks soaked their shirt when they got it, but it doesn't need soaked, right?
If it doesn't need it, is there still a good reason to soak it before first wear?
Thanks all in advance for your help. Picked up the last one of these, should arrive in a few days, hoping with all hope that it fits…

It doesn't need a soak since won't shrink and won't bleed. But I usually soak my shirts to remove the creases due to folding during shipping.
If you do soak it, keep it away from the kryptonite … I mean the spin cycle on your washing machine.

I soaked mine because it felt very stiff when I got it, but there was no starch in, as far as I could tell from the water in the tub. So you don't need to soak it.
