Thanks for the input so far. I should add that both have been washed and I don't think they will shrink more.

do you have any larges with a 23 - 23.5 chest? I'm too short for the xl (5'7") due to length and sleeves. I'm hoping there's an oddball large out there with bigger chest and, if possible, shoulder dimensions so that I'm not to wide for a large.
