Indian have just announced the Scout, which is roughly their take on the Sportster. @Finn666 I'd seriously consider this as an alternative to the Fortynine you were eyeing up the other day.
I suspect it's not going to be something that @injunjack would go for, though I'd be interested in hearing his thoughts. I rather like it, despite not being into cruisers.
Motorcycle Daily has a first ride report up, which is positive, but these things normally are.
Criticisms? What is it with cruisers and single front brakes? And the fuel tank is rather small, so I hope the engine is frugal.
when i saw that on my instagram feed the other day i threw up in my mouth a little

I definitely have something on my mind now…the 48 might even be a bit too little for my built and I really love to look of the Road King(!) @Bluegrass
looking forward for more information @Giles …even though I'm sure I can't really afford it when it comes out ^^

So, I test rode the R nine yesterday, so here's my view on how it rides in a nutshell.
This was my expression while riding it:
and THIS was my expression after being told I now have to return the keys:
Torque, suspension and nimbleness were super apparent and up close, it's a thing of pure aesthetics. It really does scream to be riding hard and out of BMW's 2014 line-up, it was easily the most sought after bike to be tested.

Great to hear that they didn't half ass it knowing that cafe's are hot right now. Each time I spot one it has a huge, "SOLD, don't touch" sign on it

Nah summ3rhays, they didn't half step at all and just jump on the cafe bandwagon, blindly build and produce so to speak. From what I've been told by one of the reps, they aren't even changing a thing on their 2015's, as they really have no reason to. Just wish the price tag was more affordable. :-\

My battery is good, bike runs on push start. How do I tell which is the problem? Do I need to invest in a voltmeter?
