Viberg

I'm wondering why they have decided to do them, same goes for the house slippers a while ago. I'm totally missing their point. Viberg should stick to what made them famous instead of releasing such unnecessities.
I think they are missing their Point, they try to get away from the Wear and Repair Scene and to the throw away Fashion Scene, hence the Mr Porter Collection which I tought was Way out of their Wheelhouse including Models like the Sort of Indy Boot that Alden does way better and Dress Shoes which every of the Northampton Powerhouses can do better. That is a Prime example on how not to Maintain a healthy and Loyal Customer Base.

@EJS:
I'm a big Viberg fan but these are not my cup of tea at all.
Looks like orthopedic shoes an 80 yo hipster would wear

Terrible, and I've said so on their Instagram feed a few times. Goodyear welts are one thing, the slippers and sneakers are a bridge too far afield from what Viberg should be doing. C'mon, Brett.

@Dishelveled How're you even getting these shots? Extraordinarily skilled and understanding significant other? Either way thumbs up.

Well that'd 'splain it.

These are Division Road's work, published on their Instagram account–Shot by their in-house photographer, Will. But, I feel ya, they came out great! Cheers, man

I'm reassured by your positive comments on the crust horsehide @Dishelveled . I placed my order for the service boots half-an-hour before reading your post. I've waited for some footwear in this leather and paired with the fact that it wasn't a 2030 last pushed me over. They'll be my first 1035.
Now my long wait begins…this is where your glowing comments will help calm my doubts. -
Great pick up @motojobobo
These pics are from Himelbros IG page they show what that crust horsehide looks like with 2 years evo:

Agreed, they look great.

Thank you for the pics @Dishelveled . Hadn't seen any pics of crust horsehide with that much evolution. They look great but I think it'll take me substantially longer than two years to get to that level. I've found that comparatively to most/many here, I'm a very slow and light wearer of jeans and footwear. Go figure.

Anytime man! I'm with you on the slow evo front, but this leather is so gorgeous right out the gate that who cares, haha!
My size service boot came back to Division Road as a return and I pounced at the opportunity!

Those look super nice @Dishelveled . I'm still waiting for mine and will post pics as soon as I put them on. They'll be my lightest colored footwear ever.
