@den1mhead Good work, looks great! Were there no side seams that could be used for the alteration? I'm getting my IHV-02-BLK back from my seamstress any day now. She's taking the extra width out at the sides with a simple fold. While I trust her skills TBH I'm a little nervous of seeing the final result…
Hey @neph93, the seamstress I used insisted on altering via the central back seam due to the amount to be removed. Who am I to argue with her ! So she did her thing and "By jove" it worked.
Fingers crossed yours works out -
Any recommendations on where to send my jeans for repair?

Indigo Proof. Simply the best.

If you want it cheap, visit your mom and use her sewing machine
Fixed my 634s yesterday.
Not über pretty but it's done in some minutes and yeah…

Visit your mom? You don't have a sewing machine or four?

Wow, lovely set up. Yes, I do not have a sewing machine but I guess is time. Probably gonna get a computerized sewing machine. How should I repair my jeans? Any good tutorial for reference?

Ripped the pocket on my Strike Gold right beside the rivet. Got my seamstress to remove the rivet and sew the seam back together. Then had her add a patch to cover and reinforce it.
Used some duck from my 666D -
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but it seems like as good of a place as any. I purchased some 634S last year, and they're too big, but I've worn them. The rise is too tall and the legs could use a taper. Does anyone know of anyplace I could ship these for alterations like this? I've asked Railcar and they can't alter the rise. It seems like it's a bit of work. I'm bummed because I have no use for these expensive jeans.

I'm afraid answer is. Sell them on the secondary market and buy a pair that fit…..
That's the answer I've been getting. I've tried selling with no luck. Looks like I'm out of luck.

My grey 64 seemed to have much longer arms than my black 64. So much so that I wasn't wearing it much.
So took the plunge and got them shortenedPretty pleased with the result

On a recent trip to Paris, I had my Beatle Busters repaired at http://www.repairjeans.com. Georges has been in business for over 40 years and with my few words of french we even managed to communicate a bit It took him only 2 hours to reinforce the cuffs, knee and front pockets with stitches and to patch + reinforce the crotch that started to wear out. I think he did an amazing job for a very reasonable price.

I have a this seasons Levis Barstow flannel shirt that I got for £10 new, because one of the pocket button clips does does not work.
The clip has three parts
1. A male clip on the pocket
2. A female-male clip which covers 1.
3. A female clip on the pocket flapThe problem is that 1 and 2 do not clip together. Any ideas how to get these clipped together. Do I need a special tool for this.

Pictures would help.

Yeah, sorry. In the image below. The clip in the middle, with gripper written on it is supposed to cover the clip below it.
