IH-634SII - 18oz Indigo/Indigo Straight Cut Jean
-
looking very nice @adam313
-
Danke schoen.
I am surprised that there aren't more pics of more pairs in here. I feel bad posting pics on top of pics. But the jeans are aging marvelously.
-
I don't think anyone here is ever going to complain about more pics of faded denim.
-
Starting to get some interesting fading.
Since this took a year, I predict they'll be looking awesome in about 2022… -

So I receieced my 634sii jeans today. I am debating wether or not to Exchange them for a larger size. I have not soaked them yet. The fit is exactly how I would like them to fit post soak. My concern is that they won't fit me post soak because they are a snug fit. Which is how I want them be but I worry that post soak I won't be able to get them back on. Advice please? Thanks

Ok, I'll try to get some up tomorrow. Wife is trying to Get baby to sleep. I gotta be silent right now.

If you like the fit pre soak, just wash or soak in cold water and hang dry. Minimal to no shrinkage that way.

While this will work short term you'll probably have to wash hot one day (baby, sweat, messy eating[emoji1]).
Sounds to me like you'll be fine. If it's the waist and butt that are snug, then these will stretch as much as they need to. Thigh's will loosen. These stretch after a soak to and often past, pre soak measurements. So they may be tight after the wash, but I don't think they will be after you wear them two or three times. Size up and you risk a poor, baggy fit after stretch.
I'd do a 40C wash on low spin to get rid og shrinkage and wear the shit out of them if I was you.

Thank you to all who responded to my queries. im going to keep them and soak them. after soaking i need to send them to rail car for some work. hemming and tapering from the knee down. after i soak but before i send them out. im going to cut a few inches off the bottom so i can wear them a day or two. right now the inseam is 38" which is about 10 inches too long for me! thanks folks

@Matty123 They'll stretch back out. I wouldn't be concerned.

Eight months. This has been the month where they have really come alive in terms of indigo loss…
-
@adam313 those are phenomenal. I exchanged mine for the pronto 25 0z. But damn those look good
-
Thank you @Matty123 These are my first indigoXindigo pair, but they won't be my last. I'm sure the pronto 25oz will be extraordinary. I've been livin in this pair
-
Absolutely awesome!

Any wash and or soak?

Hot damn those are awesome @adam313

Thanks everybody. They still have a long way to go….
@Mustafa911 Many soaks, many washes. I can't remember the exact number at the moment, but I posted some updates earlier in this thread that catalogued the infancy stage with this pair. Now I'm at the wash-when-dirty stage, so every month or so they get a wash. But I'm wearing them everyday, so the evolution has come quickly.
