IHJ-35-BLK - Japanese Horsehide Rider’s Jacket - Black (Tea-Core Dyed)

Great shot @Sam ! Still ridiculously warm in LA but plan to break this one out this weekend regardless.

Interesting. This one is growing on me

I have the SE version and I will personally vouch for how amazing this jacket it. 8)…
I second this ^ opinion. This jacket has the nicest leather I have ever owned, and the construction is flawless. The best bit, winter is just starting for us and I'll get to wear it! Our 'winter' is sporadic, the cool spells only last from 2 to 6 days and we get warm days again so I'll never get to wear this jacket continuously but it is a joy to wear whenever I get the chance.

I love mine too. I want it in brown to complete my jacket collection.

Thanks guys.

I read the thread and I was meaning to ask you about the SE version. Is it the same leather? The pictures look so different. Your jacket looks more natural compared to for example the pics in the shop where the jacket almost looks latex kinky
@Sam no offense, I love your work@motojobobo @DrBabyhorse
It’s not really that shiny is it? -

It’s not really that shiny is it?It’s not as shiny as the pics on the website, but it does shine a bit. Less so with time.
This is mine in direct sunlight when it was a few days old.

@Signal11 - I had mine on today so I snapped two quick Iphone pics to show you how it looks. Mine is the Selfedge version. The leather has a shine to it for sure but in real life it is less shiny than it appears in these two pics. Today we had a completely overcast day. I wonder if that contributes to the exagerated shininess? This jacket is a year old but gets only occasional use.
