What's your favorite Beer?

So I drank this by myself last night despite being a table beer (and 1.5L big…)
Jester King collaboration with Austin chef Paul Qui, Equipoise.
I usually get a bit cynical about the Austin food and restaurant scene because of a lot of the people involved but Paul Qui is a genuinely nice dude.
Farmhouse ale brewed with ginger salt and tarragon, then refermented with cantaloupe.
Really enjoyed it, only 4.2% ABV so it was very subtle and just nice all around. -
So this is what my weekend looks like…

I haven't tried the numbskull, but every other one of those beers is nothing short of excellent.

Glad you liked it; it is a good one. Might not be cool to mention it, but it's even better on tap.

I drank from midnight to 6am due to the damn crappy boxing. Got through 2 Arabier's, 2 Hitachino Nest White Ales, 1 Monks Stout, 2 Home Brewed Stouts…..then things got ugly and I descended into some crappy spiced bourbon, vodka and red bull and my usual ruination of rum. Finally crawled into bed at 7:30am after walking (stumbling around the local park) the dog, and I'm feeling surprisingly well.

Birthday next Tuesday - going to a huge bierstore, one I haven't visited before.

A Dutch mate visited it on Saturday, and told me the Struise selection was out of this world… Eg they still had 15 cases of Cuvée Delphine...
15
cases
of
Delphine
My dad's paying for everything as well... I'm gonna ruin the poor man
Oh: and this is cool about Belgium... It's a 40' drive... Geers is 20...

Interesting sounding. Makes me glad I grabbed the last two bottles at the grocery store yesterday.
