Anyone like barbecue? Kind of a religion where I grew up.
Pork spareribs cooked low and slow over applewood and cherry with my homemade rub and sauce. Homemade baked beans and coleslaw. Grilled corn.

Try rotisserie chicken, avocado, Campari tomatoes, balsamic, and extra virgin olive oil. Cut into bite size chunks add fresh cracked pepper and cayenne. Mix together and eat cold you can also add cucumber it is a refreshing tasty treat. Also works real well with shrimp or langoustines.
