Thanks! I worked a lot of large muscle groups today, needed to provide them with lots of nutrients to help em heal.

why?…i did it (still doing it) each morning after getting out of bed and before having breakfast!
imo it´s a great start into your day. your body gets fired up, burns calories through the whole day and i´m pretty much alive after those 4minutes! -
