@Max:
What does the drawstring acutally do? My Deck Jacket is pretty Slim on the hips already…does it really add functionality?
1.) The drawstring keeps the warmth inside
2.) The drawstring looks sexy
3.) You can fix 'things' on it … a bottle opener for example
4.) Customizing is cool
5.) You have a string with you (MacGyver mode)6.) And if you happen to break a bootlace you automatically have a spare one to hand
7.) ..... -
Did SE order the Navy?

The most jackets are gone …
Nevertheless - Anyone seeking for a black IHM-10 in L, XL or XXL?--> http://www.burgundschild.com/detail-de/kategorie/jackets/artikel/iron-heart-ihm-10-deck-jacket.html

Wow, nearly 100 € more than the original Iron Heart Price - someone has taken a big gulp from the bottle;-)
-
There is no imperative for our retailers to charge the same as we do (or for that matter, the same as any other retailer). The margins on Iron Heart clothing is small, sometime retailers decide that they need to charge more than IHUK to make more sensible margins…In the case of the IHM-10, I priced it a little low, both Rivet & Hide and Burg & Schild decided they needed to price it higher than us...

Global retail is something else & I imagine even trickier with the world becoming smaller

Yep, no problems with that - it's business thinking by the local stakeholder - and that's o.k. It's up to the consumer like you and me, where I'll spend my hard-earned money. I just wondering about the situation, that all the other stuff in the shop is approximately the same price but in case of this super-fast-selling-limited jacket it's an other situation, there is big margin on top. But as I said it before: we have the privilege of choosing and we're living in hard times and it's not easy nowadays - I understand both sides of the story and relax;-)

Can anyone recommend a repair place in Bristol

just curious, looking at your fit photos, what's your chest size and height. I just bought the XL and I'm 5'11, 175b and have a 44 inch chest. I think I choose wisely to wear it over a IHSH-51 #bestshirtever

5'11" and a smidge
A hair over 40" chestThe fit is pretty much exact in the shoulder and sleeves which is probably where the 'fit' comes in just so. If I wear a jumper (not that I need to) or anything more than a thick shirt it gets snug all round.
The sleeves in the XL were just way too long, everything else was fine for a layer fit.
