IHSH-129 - Indigo Check Heavy Selvedge Flannel Western Shirt - Blue & Green

@manufc10 a little crazy? I never thought in a million years id ever be writing or contributing on a forum about clothes! you are absolutely right about the brand and it is no easy matter to be shelling out 300+ on a pair of jeans or a shirt. To be honest I really dont know what most of those terms mean. I just buy what I like. And I know with these high end brands the money is well worth it because whatever you buy will last a lifetime. I shouldnt have boiled it down to such a simple statement. We all have our own reasons for buying what we buy.

There is no factual issue with this shirt… No problem with the stitching, or the buttons, or any other part of the construction... It just (mis)behaves like some raw denim... Some folk like good girls, some folk like bad boys... In short, as G said: don't buy this if you're OCD and want all the stripes to make sense... Embrace the chaos of the universe and give this shirt hell without checking yourself in the mirror every three seconds...

Here is one of mine, to try out the 129:
It all started with Triple Works.
H. launched so many beautiful fabrics with this brand, I was really sad that G. and H. set the power switch "Shut Down."
I thought those days of organic, materialmix and experimental fabrics are over.
But H. has only returned that force back into IH.G. …...:"Haraki has been looking for really great fabrics made by tiny little mills. One or 2 people and a couple of looms, often in a shed/building attached to the house but always somewhere on the property. These are known as House Factory's. The fruits of these efforts thus far, has been the fabric for IH-711, IH-712, IHSH-119, IHSH-129 and IHSH-134. I don't know much else, but will do visiting as many of these place when I go to Japan in May."
I am fascinated of the 9oz. selvedge organic cotton herringbone (134).
The 119-7oz. selvedge indigo/grey fabric is outstanding. So what makes the 129 fabric different in-between the IH fabric family?
- 10 oz. flannel
- selvedge flannel
- woven in indigo
- tiny little mill
- fabric has skewed
- re-worked after first production
"Im looking forward to mine and if it doesn't fit or I don't like it, it can be returned simple enough." @deanclean

I wore the red and blue today and had 3 compliments today at my office. (Maybe bc i own the company and they were sucking up i do nit know) However, completely different than the UHF not such a big drop but both colors are amazing!! Like everything else they make its a home run. Glad I got both and can't wait for the future releases.

I'm really impressed with both - great shirts! Going to wear the blue one tomorrow.
