The Flat Head

Does anyone have any experience with TFH's 3009? I didn't like the 3012 fit in the end and think the 3009 might work better. How does it compare to IH's fits (more 666 or 634)?
I have a pair of 34W 36L one wash TFH 3009 fit jeans that I can confirm are more 634 than 666

Anybody happen to have a Flat Head flannel or any other shirt from them in size 48 and can provide measurements IH-style?

As a consequence of marathon training, I can now get into my 5 year old pair of TFH 3009 one wash jeans;

We just released our new relaxed tapered collaboration with Real Japan Blues x The Flat Head in the RJB 14 oz left hand twill Zimbabwe cotton

We also restocked the RFR-022 Super Slim that uses the same denim. This is my pair after around 200 wears.

Wow, that denim looks amazing.

Adding these to my DWC shortlist.

Guys, i hope you can help me. Got this TFH 3002 second hand this weekend. It has about 30-40 wears and 2 washes. I hoped to shred and wash shit out if it but today i read somewhere the pioneer denim can shrink even more down the road. can anyone confirm this? Do i better stick to gentle soaks than regular machine washings? Fit is pretty spot in and on the tight (but not uncomfortable) side. Don‘t want to loose anything anywhere if possible. What do you think?

I'm not sure about extra shrinkage after multiple washes (assuming the washes were warm/hot). Personally I would do a cold or very lukewarm hand wash with plenty of soap and agitation to get any funk or stains out. I doubt you'll see much if any change in measurements from this but you could check pre and post wash to see if the denim reacted at all and maybe try a warmer wash dependent on if there was anymore shrink at a colder temp.
