Pants too please

The indigo corduroy is woven like denim (that is with a white weft and an indigo dyed warp). The warp is tufted into wales post weave to create the ribs on the face of the fabric, the white you see on the reverse, is the weft.
How dark is the exterior of the jacket? The pic looks almost turquoise-ish

Yeah, 816 cords would be tough to beat.

Lovely!
Surprisingly, I miss the hand pockets here (I know, I know: but the hem is below pants-pocket level and what a great hand-warming material shearling is), but I must say the zippers I have on mine, while convenient, can scar the leather at the cuffs and probably would be better left off as simple slash pockets.

it's very nice, though the absence of pockets is making my teeth itch….

would love something like that leather but in corduroy, with either fake shearling, or even alpaca. A poorer man's version. It's a really great silhouette.

We're calling it "The Pure". Stripped back to the essential flying jacket. This was my idea, and I love pockets, but I love even more the simplicity (and dare I say, elegance) of this design.
Man up, get a man bag….
