im curious which sole you all feel is the most versatile? I live in the northeast US and we have the full brunt of all four seasons. i need a sole that it is good in snow and ice as well as mud and dirt. thanks guys.

Easily the 430, though the 100 isn't a bad choice either

What JD said. For a year round boot the 430 is great. I have them on my year round boss. I have Viberg Smokejumpers with the 100 and it offers the best traction and longevity and raises you out if the muck, but it's a big chunky fekker so the 430 is the best of both worlds.

Got to pick up my second pair of custom Boss at Kanreki.
Roughout burlap, MP toe, brown mids, 705 vibram sole, triple stitching in brown on the uppers, heavy stitching in khaki, vintage brass buckles, straps 1" longer than standard.
They make me go all gooey inside. Thanks for everything @Giles [emoji8]
