thanks @injunjack
@chris at wesco this is the 9109?
-
I digged up specs from old WESCO thread.
I'd need Black fire, 1/4,( 1 lift,) lower heel, 705 vibram, double midsoles, brown edges and their "old" #9109 last. And roller buckles like Bakers offer (They are the only ones that offer roller buckle). 11" height, 1"longer upper starp and 2" longer instep strap. Std. stitching. -

Lovely pair though… is that the red, redwood or the burgundy domain leather?

Hi there- thanks. They're redwood and burgundy (when i got them it wasn't called Domain) with a red stitch on the uppers and khaki (i think) on the sole, no lining.

Late last year I bought a pair of the 1930's Ironheart Wesco's.
I took a little bit of a chance after doing a lot of internet searching having never actually seen a pair of Wesco boots.
I'm sure many people, myself included, are very reluctant to part with what initially seems to be a lot of their hard earned cash for a pair of boots…... if any of you do have any doubts, let me help you out.....
GO ROB THE KIDS PIGGY BANKS NOW!
Do whatever you have to do to get the money!
I was so impressed with mine, I proceeded to order a pair of custom harness boots through Ironheart.
They arrived a couple of days ago.... these boots are without doubt the best quality made footwear I have personally seen.Regards,
Andy. -
Do you mind if we share one of these pictures? @The Late Lord Lucan

Not at all, feel free…. if it's anywhere interesting, send me the link...... and just bear in mind that if too many other people start getting as excited about my boots as I do, we will have to move it to a 'pay per view' page....

For now, we would just put it on our Instagram and Facebook page. This thread was designed for pictures for us to use on our custom gallery on our website…but that seems to be taking longer than planned ???:(
