IHT-1610 - 6.5oz Knitted Cotton Loopwheel T-Shirts

thank you @DrBabyhorse, but I am not interested in either of those colors.
I have a white XL en route to me as we speak. Really looking forward to seeing what these are all about after @neph93
bulliedenabled me into getting one ;). That grey one though…looks fantastic. -
Im gonna roll the dice on a L and XL. I'm hoping somehow both will workout, but anticipating having to return or sell one. We'll see.

I'm sure I could do an L in these as well, but seeing as my first one was XL I'm sticking with them. Imo, the worst thing about tee's is when they are too big and as has been discussed earlier these, wierdly, aren't. That's despite the measurements coming up deceivingly large. I feel that the way the fabric drapes plays a part, but l've come to the conclusion that it's mostly to do the way they are cut and sewn (especially the way the arms and neck fit) that makes the difference.

Size medium please

This is great news! Thanks, G. This will be stunning no doubt

What exactly does loopwheeled imply? Are all three colors of this shirt loopwheeled?

maybe i'm wrong, but imho the biggest size for loopwheeled is xl and sometimes (e.g. for bigger sizes) the loopwheeled fabric will be cut into pieces and sewn together…

Interesting. Thank you for your input.

The white shirt I received is definitely not loopwheeled (i.e. It has side seams).
It is….

Care to give a little more detail (or point me to where the relevant information may be)? The information in the product description (from the hoverable loopwheel link) says loopwheeled shirts do not have side seams. Thanks.

Loopwheel is a process of knitting tubes of fabric, which can get made into garments. If you hover over "Loopwheel" on the product page, you will see a more detailed construction of the fabric.
Loopwheel machines are ancient and of fixed circumference, that is, only one size tube can be knitted on a proper loopwheel machine.
The largest loopwheel machines are capable of knitting a current XL circumference. To make an XXL we have to cut smaller tubes and sew them together, hence the side seams on a XL or larger.

My shirt is XL.
So on the 6.5oz we have to include side seams. That does not make it not loopwheel. This fabric is loopwheel. If you think a side seam makes it not loopwheel and therefore not so desireable, I'll take it back off you no problem.

I will and I will update the hover over, but frankly I take exception to the assertion that "my shirt is definitely not loopwheel", neither Haraki or I are are in the business of bullshit or dissembling. I would have thought that was quite obvious in the ay we expose so much to you guys.
I am perfectly prepared to be accused of a mistake not of dissembling.
Thanks, I wanted to check to make sure I received the product I paid for. It appears I did, and I learned more about loop wheeled shirts. Thank you for your time.

[/quote]This was covered somewhere earlier in the thread. All the XL's have side seams (and some of the other sizes too I think). The fabric is still loopwheeled. That's why it's all soft and springy.
Thank you. This is why I asked to see if this was indeed the case. I skimmed over most of the thread but didn't see that information. I have other loopwheeled shirts in xl with no side seams. Just wanted to make sure there was no mix up.

Do the xxl shirts have side seams?
ThanksMy XLs have side seams.
I should have kept reading…
It looks like I lucked out. I can wear the L in navy (pretty fitted) and the XL in white.
