@jiminstitches so scared of heights myself. I’d rather be under the house than on top of it!!
-
@jiminstitches yikes! Hate roofs with those types of pitches! Putting the denim to good use tho
-
@jiminstitches Nice, and that explains the great incoming fades!

After 2 weeks of never ending sanding, bondo, priming, more sanding, more bondo, more priming, & lots of vacuuming, the carpenter & I finally finished prep on this old house. Whilst there electrical, plumbing, & solid surfaces (counter tops in the kitchen & bathroom) got done. Helped where needed. Been working 10 hr week days & weekends at this spot, and ended up working night shifts in different places for different contractors just to make sure this job gets handed over to the next crew in a timely manner. I’ll need to go back after painters and floor guys to install finish hardware, but happy all the things that needed to be fixed and patched is done. Some jobs seem like they just never end. Sadly missed my vacation for F1 Nagoya (happening this week(end)) but already planning the next one. FYI my drive to work is just to play

@Mizmazzle yeah im not great with them eitherwe do a lot of work at height and a lot of the UK buildings are very old and awkward with no safety points to anchor on to.
@RoxRocks86 Yes all though the extra gravity helps with the moss removal on this occasion. Your photos are great! Putting plenty of hours on your pair
@JunkPants Its a job trying to keep them clean

So this happened during an apocalyptic wind storm.
Then this
Then this
And so on and so forth. Not how I thought I’d spend my Sunday and we are without power since last night with no end in sight.
-
@mclaincausey dang buddy. My parents are still without power too. Hope y’all get back up and running quick!
-
@Mizmazzle thanks. Sucks ass. Had to get a hotel room in Arvada since plan A of officing from the fitness club fell through as it too lacks power.

1st mow of the season
-
What endo said @Denman-John
But what about the metal structures in the background? Tell us more, please. -
I work at a 200 acre sculpture park as head gardener, landscaper, groundskeeper or whatever you want to call me. I have about 50 acres of mowing that I use this tractor/mower set up for. I have a mid size mower along with a push mower for the smaller detailed areas … then it’s down to weed whackers and hand tools …
-
Awesome @Denman-John . What’s the name of the park? Is it open to the public?
-
This 200acre, or as we call it 80ha, is a lot of land for an open to public sculpture park.
As far as I can see the pictures on the Rubinoff website you are doing a great job! -

As far as I can see the pictures on the Rubinoff website you are doing a great job!Thank you! It’s the largest sculpture park in Canada dedicated to a single artist. Come by for a visit this summer if you’re on the west coast.
