IH-527J - 21oz Denim Rider's Jacket - Indigo

@Filthy25ozJunkie you will love the 527J-SP - the blanket and insulated sleeves really do keep you nice and warm. I upsided mine so I can wear hoodies underneath when it's really cold out and works like a charm.
@Bluegrass perfect fit on your rider jacket! Looks like the combs around the elbows are getting nice and set in!

Thanks - yes, the elbows are looking good - this one is going to be really slow to break in, but the pics I've seen of well-worn 527Js tell me it is going to be fantastic. Having a sedentary job makes it hard to get much "hard" wear under my belt. Patience is my only choice and it will pay off eventually…

Looks great @Bluegrass what size is that?
-
P.S. @georgeel how is yours coming along?
It's still my N°1 midseason jacket! I wore it on a t-shirt until the other day. It has been hard to break-in, but now is as comfortable and soft as a good old pair of 634s.

I'm still amazed. I have not worn this jacket in about 7 months. I must say it's my probably all time favorite, but I get more compliments on this jacket than anything Iron Heart that I wear. I left Charlotte, NC. today 70 degrees F. Arrived in Minneapolis to 38 degrees F wearing it. I'm working in Mankato, MN. went into a Hy-Vee store and was complimented 2 times on it.

@Giles , how well do these jackets sell? Have there been other variants made, besides the blanket lined ones? Unless something else shows up down the road, I think this will be my next denim jacket once I've beaten the first zip to a shadow of what it once was (will be a few more years).

That could be a nice cool summer jacket! Will keep my eye out.

Did you guys machine wash this?

Thanks Giles, trying to get community experiences on hand wash or machine wash.
