I had the pleasure of getting inked by Valentin Hirsch again. We did three pieces, the leaves, the knot and the grass snake and the jay. Most of the motives on this arm are now childhood memories from playing in the woods all day long, some are based on where I live now.
I love how the two sleeves, even if very different, end similar on the wrist. We included the geometrical forms and the circles form a straight line towards the angle of the mountain. The jay was intended to hold an acorn, so it rounds up with the oak leaf. Yes, I'm really happy with the result.
