If anyone lives in Alexandria, Virginia - I think Rudy Nielson (a coach form some CrossFit Games athletes) could rock some Iron Heart gear! IH-9526V perhaps?

Here is a pic of the poor SOB around mile 22 after some friends decided to join in for support.
Love it. It hits a little too close to home. I've been working on my overall fitness and not training for the races. I run about once a month and it's usually a race of some sort.

Nice work Summ3r! It's all about staying healthy and having fun with it-
Finally after some much needed time away from the barbell I've hoped back on The Outlaw Way program - holy quads batman - in wrecked!

Currently in the middle of a 6 wk challenge to drop 5% body fat or 20lbs. It's a pretty ingenious marketing plan. They call it "skin in the game". $500 upfront with a nutrition plan and full access to their strength training classes.
At the end of the 6 wks you get a full refund of $500 if you meet your goal. Then they use the before and after pics as marketing which is worth more to them. Only a few ppl don't make it.
2wks in and I'm down 10lbs. Roughly 10 more to go until I figure I've hit 5%.

What kinda program they have you on nutrition and training wise?

Training it's a lot of kettle bells and weights. Tuesday and Thursday are cardio so tons of burpees and plyo metrics.
Nutrition is based on macros. My daily allotment is 175g protien, 38g fat and 170g carbs. About 1700 cal split into 6 meals. It feels like I eat all the time.

Coolness - what is your Bodyweight? or what was your starting BW?
With weights are you doing Static lifts or Dynamic lifts? And what kinda KB work?
Sorry, I geek out on this stuff lol
-
My body weight to start was 25.5%. They don't eff around either. No calipers or hand held. I had to go to the university to get in a bod pod to measure displacement. Official, third party & unbiased.
It's a combination of static and dynamic, but more heavily dynamic.
KB have been sumo squats, clean & press, goblet squats, swings, split squats, calf raises. I know they have a kb ceritification. I'll check out who it's through.
link to their site for photos and stuff if you are interested.

Sounds solid! I love watching videos of Jeff Martone - a KB dude from Cali I think - it's like watching the muscle driver guys from Nc do snatches - it's artwork - keep up the great work!

3 weeks of a Japanese diet appears to have gotten my gut out of habit for a Western diet. A few more days of this and it's going to be a whole lot of tests as well as eating JP breakfasts @ home for life. A single bowl of oats/porridge and I'm bed-ridden for a day :|. Gluten Schmooten.

Well,
My 6 wk challenge is done. I officially lost 16 lbs and 7.5% body fat. Feel great with the exception that my brand new pair of RJB jeands are too big in the waist. I'm going to keep with the eating and extra workouts and try to drop another 10 lbs.

It's sweet that you care so much about summ3rhays's glutes.
