thanks Giles! May I ask about the measurements quoted on the IH site for a size Medium?
shoulders: 17.2 - this seems quite narrow, but looking at the photos it appears that the arms travel into the shoulder area if you know what I mean - hence the arm length being quoted as 27.3…....does the sleeve length compensate for the narrow shoulders?
thanks in advance

As a general rule, this is true - yes. Shoulders and sleeve combine to give an overall neck to wrist fit, one can compensate for the other but the shoulder seam will only sit where the shoulder measurement suggests it will

thanks great info! I've bought and sold 3 ill fitting deck jackets in the past few years, so I am trying to do due diligence. A green size 38 RMC N1 was just a fraction too small, but it looked great! A Freewheelers N1 tagged as a 40 was smaller than the aforementioned RMC. And a navy BR N1, size L was too baggy all around. I am looking for something that fits just right! I could go for an RMC in a 40, but I fancy trying an IHN1, I love the D shaped pockets, the colour and absence of USN stencils.

What temperature range do you all think this is suitable for if only wearing with a t-shirt or single light layer?
-
Down to about 5 centigrade if you’re keeping active.

Got a large from last year that’s too big and still like new.
Gonna grab a medium and try and trade or sell the large I haveSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What is the difference between the IHM-29 and IHM-35? They look identical to the eye but the measurements are slightly different. What am I missing here?

Any idea when these may be in stock?
