@AdamJ are there any Informations about wear days/ washes with Harakis IHSN-01?
-
@FlavourFade afraid not, worn like hell for years!

In the spirit of enabling… damn cool Flat Head sneaks

Trusty £25 second hand Shoes Like Pottery still holding up incredibly well. I’ve worn these pretty much constantly since I bought them around 18 months ago. Liked them so much I immediately bought a new pair, I’m just not sure when this pair will ever be beaten up enough to get the new ones out
-
@Tago-Mago They are brilliant aren’t they? I’ve ordered a a pair directly from the goodweaver.jp website and they shipped internationally incredibly fast at about half the price Rivet & Hide sell them for. They also have Doek slip ons available if you are interested in a well made Japanese equivalent for when your Vans are trashed

@DeeDee85 bought some slp a while ago and really like them so far. Still prefer the IH sneakers but the slp are great to have them in my rotation. But the best white minimalistic shoe I had was the catchball picnic
-
@FlavourFade I’ve just looked up the Catchball Picnic, they look very sturdy! The only thing that’s stopped me buying the IH sneakers when I’ve had the opportunity in the past is the price. They look fantastic and I get they are the great IH fabrics but they are manufactured by the same company, in the same factory as SLP/Moonstar/Doek.
Don’t get me wrong, I’d love to buy some IH sneaks but when the black SLP are £58 on the goodweaver site, £211 is a tough pill to swallow for me. (I still want some though) -
@DeeDee85 you are completely right with everything you said. The IH sneakers are expensive, yet I have to say besides the fabric I like the beefier soles more, they support my feet better and don't let me feel every little stone
-
@Tago-Mago I ordered two pairs and somehow escaped import fees altogether. I can’t guarantee that would always be the case though? I’m pretty sure I had them within a week after ordering
-
@FlavourFade they really do look like IH specified “‘make them way more beefy”

Cross post from WAYWT. Nike Travis Scott Jordan 1 Retro Low OG. My favorite pair of sneakers right now. They pair really well with the 777bb and 777D. I also wear them with Imogene and Willie green denim. I’ll probably keep them away from the indigo and over dyed denim until they are thoroughly broken in (dirty).
