Was just looking at this and the only thing that worries me about it is i suspect it will look flat after it has been washed and i hate that about ball caps in general.

the structure of the hat seems pretty stout
I think it will hold up well
though I'm not planning to wash my any time soon
dunk in the pool with the kids every once in a while
and dry in the sun suffices
