IHSH-51 - Ultra Heavy Winter Flannel Westerns - 2011 Edition
-
I love the red also!!!
-
L it is for me. Almost the same as SH08 in Xl

black for the win . . . & i am sure the picture isn't doing these justice. this time of year is great for an IH junkie. all kinds of smack just appearing to help with my jonesing
oh the rush, & now my itches & shakes are reduced a bit. sure more to come

I'd of thought a little west coast gangsta would be more your flavor Pete…
"Black is my color. I have no other. Nothing else will do.
I've got a black car, black bed, black TV.
I've even got a silk black suit."- Too Short
seriously though
both those colors look great
but I'm leaning black
lots of red flannel in the closet... -
@max: the ultra heavy run a bit smaller than the standard ih flannel, especially in the arms. The thick fabric enhances this. I think the 08 and ultra heavy have similar fits.
The black pattern looks much better when viewed on a full shirt. I could do without the yellow stripe but this shirt had definitely moved up in my list of possible buys.

if i didn't have so many red shirts i would do red. from past experience i think the color will be alot more toned down in the fabric.
speaking of the fabric, it doesn't look like any ofthe heavy weight flannels I have ever seen . . . can't wait to see one of these. i might have to shuffle my 3 items i'm allowed.
-
both these shirts look amazing… thinking really hard about getting the black.
Funny how these got a lot of mixed reviews when the fabric samples were initially seen.. in Haraki we trust
edit: any word on if these will be brushed or not?

true story. don't think i wrote about it but i wasn't crazy about it. too be honest most of the stuff you really can't tell until you see it in person & get a feel for it. we are blessed in seeing pre-production & all the nuts & bolts put in place.

I like this new run just fine. There was a lot of apprehension about the pattern initially but the finished product speaks for itself. I think the early apprehension was largely due to the traditional look of the first runs of the heavy flannel and these patterns are something very different.

+1. Ha, ha…possible buys list. I have a "Money is no object" buy list, a "Must" buy list, a "Possible" buy list and a "Meh" buy list. Never in my life have I needed to juggle so many lists at once on a piece of clothing. Damn you (in a good way), G. Looks like you have a winner again, please make sure you order enough (especially the black) for us eager buyers.

that's how my mind works as well seul.
i see the item & then i start mixing & matching with items to see if i should do it. i actually thought well worn 666s or grey 702s

Are the stripes green or yellow on the black? I'm on my beater laptop so don't trust my monitor but it's looking green right now.
After studying on the black for a while I'm getting close to a need situation and I'm not too happy about that wallet wise…
