@Kingmob31 It really is hard to say depending on the length of time between releases. Might be minimal or could be .5”. I hesitate to guess…Can you give me an idea of which jean you are looking for and when you purchased them?

@goosehd IH-555S-SBG bought October 2021. I'm comparing against the new IH-555S-SLBod (16oz slubby indigo overdyed black).

Wondering what the plan is with the Sonder Supplies stuff? Some nice items there, especially that Trophy Ranger jacket I saw at the party.

Do I have a misconfigured shirt? Or put differently - what are the steps a shirt goes through when it gets sewn together?
I noticed something rather strange on my 351. The two sides of the front have different lengths. They start out ok at the collar, but in the middle, buttons and holes do not line up anymore. And on the bottom, one side is about an inch longer than the other.
How is that possible?

@tody I’m positive that the crew will chime in, but you can always drop a note to the crew: shop@ironheart.co.uk

@Alex Thanks, Alex - still the interest is genuine.
I believe I have seen the templates with which each individual piece is cut out of the larger piece of fabric. And I always admire the meticulous matching of the lines and patterns when pieced together - the 401/402 are great examples for that. But how does it go from there? When do which pieces get sewn on, when are the holes for the buttons cut, when are the buttons attached? I think this would be great material for a behind the scenes video - if it does not reveal to much confidential stuff
And, bringing it back to my shirt - could it be two mismatched front sides, one for XXL, one for XXXL? Meaning that there is a mirror shirt of mine, having it the other way round?

@tody One generally makes up each panel of the body complete (so pockets, cinches, yokes etc).
These are then sewn together to form the body. Collar and cuffs are then added, and the hem is finished.
The arm seams would then be finished to create a vest/waistcoat, or sleeves added to produce a shirt or jacket. Buttons or snaps are always one of the last stages to be completed.
The above is from memory so apologies if I’ve missed something, but I hope it helps.
