IH-666-XHS - 25oz Selvedge Denim Slim Straight Cut Jeans - Indigo
-
Yeah - I've been having the same problem for about 28 months now…
A great cut & fit makes it difficult to rotate. Almost forgot to mention the best Denim
-
You know it's funny too because I went from wearing 666s & 666od to the IH-555 trio and the allure of the 25oz denim got me to buy a pair of IH-666XHS. It took a few days to adjust to the wider leg, but damn is it ever worth it. I think the only denim that might get me out of these is the 21/23oz denim. And maybe some hot summer days lol.

I just can't get out of 25 oz…. It just makes me feel right....my 555's and others sit almost untouched. I'm hooked on the heavies... Could be worse...

Right at tax return time too. Torn between this, 633s, and waiting for 666-UHR. And then there's the indigo/indigo. And then there's the whole I don't have any quality shirting at all thing. My wife gets the mail, so I'm going to have to have my next dog tag say
"I SWEAR
THEY WERE FREE" -
Can anyone comment on how much smaller the hem on these get after a wash? I want them so bad but I really need a slimmer leg
-
Especially considering the fact that you wear boots and seem to have a skinny waist, I really don't think that the leg opening will look bad…
-
You're right man, but I really prefer a tight (not necessarily skinny) look, and I have such absurd chicken legs below the knee that I need small hem openings. 8.3 inch on a 31 waist is a bit big; my 666s has shrink down to 7.3. This is a big difference.

I was pretty nervous to get the 666XHS due to the wider leg opening. I've got three pairs of 555s and a pair of the 666od, but none of them are quite as wide legged as the XHS.
Buuuttt… once I got my hands on the 666XHS, I haven't let them go. Honestly, I've worn them every day since getting them. I'm sure I'll find a new love at some point but I can safely say the 25oz'ers is the first pair that I thought to myself "This is the last pair of jeans I'll ever buy." Of course, I know thats far, far from the truth, but it was a nice thought. -
Buy them…wear'em...often....with boots or sneaks....you will love them....any more questions :)...I'm just going from experience....mine of course....yours might be different, but I doubt it

Hi peeps the 666 24oz fits diff from the 666s? Hows this so?

Different denim = different fit. They try to anticipate how the denim will behave and compensate for any variations, but it doesn't always work out.

So its slimmer?
