Moonshine. I weirdly enjoy smoking a pipe. It took me a while to get over the whole "gimmickieness" of it, but man, it's pretty freaking enjoyable. Sitting on the tailgate after a hunt with a thermos full of coffee and a decent pipe or cigar burning, is fecking paradise. If you have a good local pipe shop, I'd start there. Ted's in Tulsa was great. The guy behind the counter was always smoking one and tinkering with another. He didn't make me feel stupid or look down on me, he talked me through the gist of the basics and helped me pick out a good beginner set up. In fact I started with a much higher quality estate pipe for a beginners price point. It was already seasoned and had been fantastically restored. And, since then, I've picked up some different models new and "estate" for different moods/occasions. All in all, I say try different pipes and different tobaccos until you find one you really enjoy.

Big money no whammies. Put in for #23 on the Viberg sample sale.

I'm actually relieved- the few pairs I really like aren't in my size. My wallet doesn't need another beating right now.
This one would have been irresistible:

Yeah, incredible. If that pair was a 10 or 10.5, I would have slutted up, ate my words, and done business with Guy, even after my whole 4 Horsemen debacle. God, just thinking about the condescending shitty emails he sent me is getting me riled up Like I said, I'm really glad those weren't my size…or I'd be showering away the shame and feeling like the girl waking up after prom with her ass hole ex. They're such beautiful boots. So beautiful.

funny, but honest . . . funny cause it's very honest.random mad moment:
is a tomato a fruit or a vegetable & i say who cares i just want to eat the tomato instead of defining & putting it in a category or box. hahahaha don't mind me, been up for way too many hours doing weird sh!t & reading the forum has me laughing at how many categories we have for everything. no really everything.

Sorry to bring up a sore subject, but What happened if you don't mind me asking? I don't remember reading this anywhere. If not no worries. Certainly am not trying to put you in an uncomfortable spot.

Long story. They had a sale. I used the promo code on their Viberg boots. Paid for them. They said no bueno, those items excluded. Email exchange in which they hinted I was an idiot or trying to work the system because of a flaw in their website. I responded that the sale is what pushed me over the edge on the boots. They said they wouldn't honor the price I paid and I wrote a negative yelp review. Still wish I could have bought those boots on sale. So sad. So mad. So Monday.
