Seeing Too Many Zooz tonight, got to the venue early for some food and a few beers and caught these legends walking down the street. One of my top recommendations for live acts, so so fun https://instagram.com/toomanyzooz?utm_medium=copy_link

I don't know if anyone has listened to "Sea Wolf" but I highly recommend "Leaves in the River" and "White Water, White Bloom"
Not nearly as metal or musically complex as a lot being thrown around in here, but hey, need a change of pace every now and again

Unknown band, Stompbox, who lasted like a week but put out an amazing album (Stress) in '94. I saw this video on MTV, bought the album, and next thing you know they were playing a gig in my hometown:

…@Jett129 for some reason it made me think of the movie 'Whiplash'! I wonder why?

Been on a real Steely Dan tear lately. They're just so friggin great.
Even as great as they were, it was easy to pick a track for this thread, thanks in parts to the songwriting, the production, and especially Steve Gadd and Wayne Shorter among the universally brilliant performances. I love crazy compositions and excellent studio production, which is one reason I'm a big Zappa fan. They are so different but have a few things in common that I really value.
