Ha! That sounds pretty sonically similar. I know these 70s smooth jams are a little cheesy but fuck it — I don't get tired of the stuff.

@Tago-Mago Wasn’t really a Rush fan,but I did see them once and thought they were absolutely phenomenal. Having said that, they did an album of their favorite covers called Feedback. Their arrangement of Summertime Blues combines parts from The Who’s version and the version by Blue Cheer, who I loved.

@Jett129 don't know where you find them. wonderful

Backtracking through the yeah yeah yeah’s stuff, Karen O’s such a rockstar man

@Tago-Mago it’s some trippy shit lol. I hadn’t heard it in forever and your comment spurred me to listen again, which reminded me of something else I recently heard that sounds like it could have sampled Zeit for background noise. Also for fans of Stranger Things lol

@steelworker This one's especially for you. They flat out crush this song. Turn it up!

Man, such a treasure, that guy. I've absolutely burned up those records, and was lucky to see him a few times. It was crazy to watch the documentary and see how much of a humble guy he was, living in a place in Detroit with a wood-burning stove and giving most of his money to his kids. "Always live below your means."
The Light in the Attic post was pretty touching:
