RE: Movies
@jordanscollected agreed, it is a good film.
The bad guy in it, is also in the original Old boy which is also a good film. Josh Brolin played his part in the remake. -
RE: Mizmazzle’s Trip Across the Pond
1st Crainlarich to Tynndrum for break. Push on to Bridge of Orchy. 2nd Brigde of Orchy to Inveroran for Break then onto The King house hotel end of 2nd day.
3 The Kings house to Kinlochleven, ( the Hardest part) break then push on to Fort William. The last part is the longest and hardest. It can be broken differently eg
Day 1, Crianlarich to Kinghouse,
Kings house. 2 .King house to Kinlochleven stop there.
3 Kinlochleven to Fort William.
Hope this makes sense.
Currently travelling so maybe a bit messy. -
RE: Mizmazzle’s Trip Across the Pond
This route is doable at a good pace in 2.5/ 3 days. First night you can stay at the Bridge of Orchy hotel. They have hotel rooms and lodge rooms. Second night stop at the kings house hotel in Glencoe. Again, there are hotels rooms, I think there maybe other types of accommodation as well. I tented it at this location, but it may not be an option for yourselves. Day 3 head to Fort william to complete your journey. -

@Mizmazzle I've done the West Highland way twice. If you have the time, it's well worth it. From the Bridge of Orchy hotel to Fort William just gets better and better.

York, Harrogate, Alnwick, Bamburgh/and castle/Beach. All on the North east side of England. The Lake district on the North West side. Places like Ambleside, Coniston, Keswick.
I can agree with Seawolf, re Dunkeld and also the close by Hermitage. The walk along the river is great. I'm English and my wife is Scottish we live on the Coast of South East Scotland, close to the border. Wales is also fantastic for scenery/ Castles. If you do venture to the Lake district and fancy a beer in a very scenic location the Newfield inn in Seathwaite is great. You can drive to it via Coniston and on to Keswick. It's a very beautiful, twisty, narrow and high in places road. -
RE: Denim tailor or not?
I also agree with the last two answers, they don't look bad at all to me.

RE: Rivet and Hide
Those straight leg ones are definitely my type, once my 0605's finally give up. ( already been repaired).

RE: IH-666D - 17oz Duck Slim Straight Cut Jeans - Brown
@JoshC Thanks, you've done a great job. 110% better than the 1790's ships biscuit my error in washing had created.

Guilty as charged, cheers Josh C that looks great. Note to others, don’t accidently wash at 60°.

RE: Prevent the saggy butt with a big gut
I have both the 888 and 666 both fit great. I cannot wear a low rise, they feel uncomfortable on me.
I find the 888 my best fit in IH jeans but 666 is close. In my other brands I always look for a rear rise of 17inches whenever possible. -

RE: IH-822-IND - Double Knee 21oz Selvedge Denim Engineer's Pants - Indigo
@Mizmazzle Thanks for the reply. I was thinking of going lower( 36) to allow stretch, rather larger(38). It's easier when I buy my own as I know exactly what size ratio is right. Harder when for someone else and what they are comfortable with. I've measured his IHDR-502bb so I can go ballpark. But, neither he or I have had 21oz before.

RE: IH-822-IND - Double Knee 21oz Selvedge Denim Engineer's Pants - Indigo
Can any previous owners/ wearers of these provide any info regarding stretch or lack of it on this fabric. My wife and I are after grabbing a surprise pair for our son, as he's been after a pair for over a year. Looking at the current size chart he seems to come in between 36/ 38 so we are wondering to come in slightly under or over.

Do Mondays release sizes match the previous ones?

RE: IHV-49-BRN - 9oz Canvas Work Vest - Brown
Any reason I can't register an interest in this? But, the option is available for the Denim variant.
