I dont presoak any of my denims unless they are unsanforized and unwashed. I also wait till after they are done crocking to wash them in a machine. If they get too dirty early on, then i handwash in tub.
Imm about to put a boat load of IH in my newly refinished closet now that I complete the window and wall repair. I celebrated by washing my 295ib.
@marco23d It looks great on you! I especially like the chest pocket on this one.
I’m decidedly undecided on my next jeans purchase. I’ve decided that my next pair will be OD and in my new favorite cut…so RN I’m eying up either the 16oz Slubby OD or else the 21oz OD. Which one ( and I can only get one) should I get? and why?

@tody My toddler is not sleeping well these days. I think he’s scared of the dark
My 295ib helped me stay safe from sanded debris in my closet. gonna attack it once more then give ‘em a wash. The pics were before i vacuumed the dust out.
@MTpockets I desperately want/ed one of those purple 9oz flannel. v. jealous. I am similarly wearing my 19L 888s but now need to move them into a wash ASAP.
@GraemeE They are my most worn shoes of the past 2+ years. So comfortable and nothing beats an easy-on-off shoe. unless, of course, you’re needing to walk backwards.
Clear evidence these need to be replaced or resoled.

@bluemantra this type iii looks like a perfect fit to me. might look into getting one of these (if available)z
I love this jacket for the environment I live in. Love it enough that I bought two sizes. A large to layer over stuff in the f/w and a medium to go over tees in the summer. Have had it out in all sorts of trrrible weather too. My only complaint is that the placket for the front opening has too few bartacks to hold the fold neatly when wearing open (how I use it most of the time). I’m wondering if @JoshC could work his magic on that. I think it needs three or four more bartacks and it would be perfect.
@bluemantra IMHO, I think you could go down to a medium.

@spitfiredealer your type iii looks insanely good
@Daniel-San wow that looks genuinely nice
Seuvas Workshirt - w/ some mods
IH 888 19L - love this cut. Mine are most faded in the knees cause I’m frequently giving my toddler baths now
@T4920 It was even a breeze to move buttons around on on my Seuvas workshirt, because they hit their 4 holes so exacting, when you rip the thread out you see this better. Wish I had a pic of this detail, but I dont. I think the button holes are further apart too.

@northsouthdenimguy looks like IHD-01 to me. edit: but likely not because all the snap parts are copper.
