Is it possible to attach a standard sized Good Art pendant to one of these?

@goosehd That’s a cool design! I think the AA uses a different one without it though, which is why I was wondering. Alex is right though, I doubt GA would release something without thorough testing.

@Alex Good point, haven’t had any GA fail me yet. Thanks!

How durable is the clasp on this one? Looks like it’s just a friction close.

RE: GOOD ART HLYWD - A Gallery
Maybe?
Mine is 2222.Sounds like a misprinted manufacture year, all my good art rings have had the year printed inside the band. Pretty cool if it is.

Did y’all see the new releases today? I’m not usually one for stones but that diamond circled St. Christopher is beautiful.

@chrikelnel they're redesigning it, last update we had was "sometime next year"
Thanks for the update! Curious to see what they're gonna do, it was an essentially perfect design imo.

Anyone know when the Model 10 is supposed to return?

RE: Alternatives to good art?
That’s not entirely true! Once In a blue moon Josh will authorize self edge to put it on sale. Usually no more than 10% but I once saw it down 15% and my dad bought a model 10 that year.

Like Anesthetist said last time SE did a full store sale they mentioned something about no longer being allowed to put good art on sale.

RE: BAL10 - BAL10 - GOOD ART HLYWD #10 Necklace
Our site or theirs? I ask, because if ours, we could have a V5 screw-up….
It was on Theirs.. I noticed the ball chain pricing had more than doubled in some sizes, and club rings went up considerably..
My guess was some of the staples had remained at a price set years ago, while new items were priced in line with current costs - and it was time to true everything else up.. but I could be wrong?

The #3 chain on their site comes with a rondel so it's more expensive, but IH has always been the cheapest source for #3 chains. Everybody else has sold them for at least $120 for a couple of years now. Silver club ring pricing is the same for a medium, not sure about gold though.

RE: SSBS-C6 - GOOD ART HLYWD Curb Chain No.6 Bracelet - Sterling Silver
So for sizing is the number you select how long the bracelet is or how wide your wrist is? You say to measure snug, will the bracelet fit that snugly? Basically I measured snugly and my wrist is 18cm, but if the bracelet was the same length I think it would uncomfortably tight.

RE: Face Masks
not sure if anyone watches f1. but I do like the ones they wear after they race when the helmet comes off. the fit looks perfect too.
U-Masks? Division Road (an IH retailer) has some without the F1 branding.

Ended up going just a bit bigger than the #1 -
RE: Good Art Hollywood
I definitely baulked at the prices when I first saw this brand, but this thread has…almost...sold me on it. What's the ideal size for a clip for keys? AA?
@Kingmob31 I personally use a size A Clip 8 for my keys. I debated a B but preferred the smaller one. However I wouldn't recommend going smaller than that.
Thank you. I was thinking it might be ok as it'd be more of an accent thing than something substantial. Did you check with the AA? Just wondering if it's more of a personal preference or it actually does look stupid when you tried it.
Page 28 has a size comparison between the AA, A, B, and C that might be helpful.

RE: Good Art Hollywood
Thanks all! Considering replacing a frisco chain with one because the frisco clasp is hard to use.

Anybody have a curb chain #1? I'm interested in hearing how the clasp is.

RE: IH-888S-21MB - 21oz Selvedge Denim Medium/High Rise Tapered Cut - Mad Black
How different are these from the superblack?
Very. Or at least as different as two black jeans can be.
Superblack uses a reactive dye that fuses with the cotton fibres meaning it will not fade. The denim is also fabric dyed meaning it receives colouring before being cut and sewn.
The “Mad Black” is over-dyed with two different fugitive dyes. Fugitive dyes do not form a bond with the cotton fibres meaning they will rub off the cotton with abrasion and agitation. This results in it fading. Overdyed products are also garment dyed. These were originally a finished pair of indigo jeans, IH-888s, that have been dyed with the fugitive dyes after they were cut and sewn.
On an aesthetic level the differences are that the SB will retain their colour and have a stiffer hand and a truer black colour. The Mad Black will be much softer because of the extra processes and will have a matte black colour. They will also fade. Finally sizing will be slightly different as these are different iterations of the same cut and overdying removes all possible shrinkage from the fabric.
Thanks for the info, I'll probably just keep hoping they bring back the 888 superblack.
