Curious since we're in the same area what other weights you have and suggestions based on the weather in our area? I only have 14oz as I've just started to reward myself with nicer things.

Personally, I wouldn't go over anything over 19oz.  If it's hot, I'm wearing shorts.  I'm getting older and appreciate more comfortable fits and weights.  It's a bit ironic because I'm thinking of getting a pair of LHT which is more rigid and heavy.

Once the first sign of Fall and the temperture starts to dip, I wear another 19oz pair and it isn't a problem.

I think around there.  I purchased in 2018 and wore seasonal in fall and winter.  I haven't worn it much since the pandamic, but now wearing daily.  There is still tons of life left and no signs of rips/tears/blowouts

I'm about to get the IHJ-507-SLB and have the IH-526J but I don't have anything in the 19oz denim nor do I have a denim jacket with pockets so… This seems to fill a gap I didn't know about 

I did an initial hot soak on mine then a hot wash later and it probably shrank half a size.  I just got a pair of 634-slb and if I had to choose between the slubby vs lefty, I'd go lefty

Higher contrasting and fades faster?  I have the 12oz double indigo western and thinking of giving it up and trying this.  I've def worn mine more than 80-90 wears and nowhere to that level of evo.  It's been a slow process

I have the double indigo western too and it fades nothing like the 295, which kind of surprised me. My ind/ind has been washed dozens of times though. I would say def keep the ind/ind around and get this one too. It's rad having both to choose from and maybe you can go the vintage fade route with the one you have now and go after high contrast with the 295. I can't think of a shirt that is better suited for high contrast.

How much thicker and heavier is the 2oz comparision of 12oz vs 14oz? Could the 14oz be treated almost like a light jacket?

Let it air out and see if that helps? If not, wash again? Hows the evo coming along? Pics?

I just did my first ever hot wash last night and can confirm there was a little extra shrink in the sleeve and length that didn't come out from my initial hot soak.

@twin crazy combs at the bicep and lower shoulder area.  I wonder what happened.  Nice update! Will you ever be washing?
