The UHR has been a lot of fun absolutely the fastest fading denim I’ve ever worn.

Somewhere around 17 months of wear here and she’s still getting better
Also nearing 12 months with the UHRs for those that are curious.

It just gets better and better, almost glows at this stage.

Boy do these not feel like heavy weight denim at all, soft and breathable. Gonna be no problem come summer time.

@MQR looking great! I’m hoping to grab a pair of these when they drop again. Considering hand washing too since my washer marbled my UHR. What was your method?

@pechelman you know what, introducing a theme ahead of time might be cool. High contrast, slubby, vintage etc and judging off that theme would be dope.

@olblue always gonna be upset people at the end of a competition. Sorry you didn’t crack the top 10 man yours were definitely one of my favs.

@Alex i think he was last year maybe, he’s not this year.

@olblue the wife and I were just talking about this very thing. I can’t imagine finding judges is easy for Bryan so I don’t really blame him but I think I would prefer judges who have properly faded denim and are as passionate as we are.
All that being said I’m really happy for Scott he’s a cool dude and my UHR brother. I basically just tried to keep up with him the whole time.

I vote we just have Ruedi Karrer be the sole judge of the entire thing.

Just wanted to share this because I found it kind of interesting, I asked AI to develop a weighted scoring system for a year long raw denim competition that would promote fairness and it gave me this.
