Hows this shirt pairing up with Denim jeans (dark/faded)?
Thinking of picking up one but not sure how it'll look.

How about some Not so Ultra Heavy Flannels, just plain Heavy (8-9oz) Flannels

RE: Repairs & Modifications
Any suggestions on repairing small holes?
Larger rips, wear, thinning areas Im using Sashiko style.
Should I let the smaller holes wear larger? Then patch?
Or put a few Sashiko stitched over the small stuff? -
RE: IHSH-160 - Black or Olive Super-Tough Cotton Military Work Shirt
I'm assuming these will have the same neck sizing as the other shirts.
Am I the only pin head that think the shirt necks are to Big? -
RE: IHSH-138 - 6oz Yellow & Green Ombré Work Shirts
Went with an XXL on the green since my 137's were a really good fit in the XXL. Rec the 138 today and could have probably gotten away with an XL. Maybe the lighter fabric makes it seem that way? Not sure
If you try to shrink it down, could you post what you did and any results.
I have a feeling I'll be in the same boat but hoping a wash and dryer will get the right fit. -
RE: IHSH-126 - Ultra Heavy Ombre Check Flannel Work Shirt
What do Ya think, if your between an XL - XXL?
Size up and maybe shrink down with a hot soak? Or is there enough give in these Heavy Flannels to go on the smaller side? -

That's the plan.
Relive my childhood days delivering papers in a shirt very similar. -

Don't want to waste when these come up. -
RE: IHSH-130 - Ultra Heavy Ombre Check Western Flannnels
You wash them at 90, a lot, you wash them gently at 30, not a lot (if any)….
Sorry had to step away to earn some cash to buy one of the WS coming.
I'll be Cold Washing hang dry as needed (once a month give or take). -

What may be expected in way of shrink?

RE: IHSH-96-IND - Waffle Work Shirt - Indigo
The one thing I can't figure out is the neck opening on most WorkShirts (not just IH's).
The XXL has a 18.5" neck. I'm a 16-16.5. Whats up with the huge necks? I'm going to look like a BobbleHead in this if it sews up this big or doesn't shrink a bit. -
RE: IHSH-96-IND - Waffle Work Shirt - Indigo
@rocket brings up a good point though DigDug. If you like this fabric then go for this one cause when it's gone it's gone. The 68 will be reran.
Ickes did you grab one of these? If so what size did you go with?

RE: IHSH-96-IND - Waffle Work Shirt - Indigo
Having owned both, I have to say I like the wabash better.
This is definitely more unique, though.
I've got two other Wabash shirts and as pointed out I wouldn't think this 68 fabric will be around again (also haven't seen much or any other one make it).
It'll come down to size/fit if I'm able to keep it. -
RE: IHSH-96-IND - Waffle Work Shirt - Indigo
68 it is!
Will grab the Wabash another time. -
RE: IHSH-96-IND - Waffle Work Shirt - Indigo
"Rinsed, so there should be no appreciable shrinkage"
so very very little, if at all
Ahhh,Yes. Still new to IH and didn't notice that. Thanks.
Still trying to decide on this or the IHSH-68-Ind.
both are such unique fabrics. -

Anyone able to comment on Shrink after soaking/washing?
I'm in-between sizes (XL-XXL)
