Took a shot on the S based on the measurements but looks like I need a M. So, there'll be another S in stock in a little

Does anyone know what the sizing on these is like compared to Common Projects? I'm a UK 8 in CP's, normally a US 9 in most shoes. I know the CPs are pretty long so I'm not sure how the outsole length matches up with these
