Horween Horse for the Holiday supper

Another Summer in the books. These shed a lot of Indigo this season & really started to show some amazing evo. Wish the iPhone camera wouldn't lose its mind with denim.

Progress update. Almost three months of moderate wear. Hoping to double that before it's get hot.

Cutting in the last deep edge on the lawn for the year. Rebuilt White’s Bounty Hunters. They used to be 12E, all smooth, 700 V-bar sole w/a steel toe for work.
Now they’re 12D Smooth over R/O. Unstructured toe & Vibram 430 mini-lug sole. My go-to pair of chore boots.

I’m declaring it XHSib season

Just need a Pumkin Spice Latte & some Ugg boots ‍️

Had to return a pair of 777's to find the right fit as I'm often in between cuts/sizes. Very thankful for Iron Heart's customer service & "no quibble" return policy. Fit is comfortable & looks decent

19oz Left Hand Twill has been likened to the legendary 25oz XHS which is what drew me towards it. After finally getting into a pair I can see why. The denim is stiff with a rough hand & smooth face. It almost looks double-dipped in Indigo because the weft is tucked away in a very tight weave. Of course, the leg twist is quite extra on the right leg.

Fade potential on these lefties look superb! Gonna rock stacks & keep them dry long as possible. cheers, fam

Just got my 555-XHSib back from repair. IIRC they were sent off from Idaho on March 1st so 2 month turn around. Not bad considering all the work done: Belt-loop bar tack, holes in the back pocket/crotch/knee & a ripped out front pocket.

Mine arrived today & it looks even better in person. The color is just terrific & happens to match my favorite pocket knife. Way to go Iron Heart!

@AdamJ - Details state this shirt is "Cheese dyed (direct dye)" but unlike other UHF's this one specifically says "no fading to be expected".

What's the difference?

Wish I had the talent of y'all to capture the nuances of this denim.  Still wanted to share a few pics after a recent wash.  I've had this pair for a little over 2 years.

My grandparents had an Airedale when I was little.  One of the best dogs Ive ever known

have a couple myself so thought it might be. great tool esp. for the price

@mlx i think those are gonna be a great fit after a hot soak

hot wash & dry for the end of the season.  threw in a pair of 15oz sammy's while i was at it
